LXM is pleased to announce that Marilyn Brown is leading the new Osgoode Certificate Program, Public Procurement Law: The Rules in Practice. Marilyn brings her extensive legal experience dedicated to government contracting and public procurement law to help program participants enhance their knowledge and skills around effective procurement.
The program will focus on the real-world application of the rules and legal principles governing public procurement, going beyond the case law to provide practical solutions for managing risk.
As Program Director, Marilyn is designing the content and bringing together a team of expert faculty members who will deliver the program in a live online format over the course of five modules starting April 17, 2023.
